HVAC TECHNICIANS
We are seeking experienced professional HVAC/R Technicians to join a forward thinking and fast paced company well established in all of New England. The company has been in the New England marketplace for over 20 years, servicing all types and sizes of HVAC-R equipment. Full time position with benefits including health and dental, reasonable pay and time off, elective overtime. Preferred Mechanical Services is an equal opportunity employer. Education/Experience Requirements:

-2+ years of hands on industry experience
-Need valid drivers license

Position Expectations and Requirements:

-Short term travel from time to time within New England
-Must have a team player attitude
-Competent customer relation skills and common sense required

Preferred did an excellent job on a very difficult, complicated project. The original contract scope increased over 40%, however the completion date did not change due to college commitments. Contractor was flexible/knowledgeable in working with GC/owner to more efficient/economical engineering ideas. Superintendent was one of the best I’ve worked with in my 30 years of experience. He knew his scope of work, managed the excessive number of charges professionally and was able to coordinate his manpower in multiple working areas. Preferred worked as a team player in executing changes including coordination with other subcontractors. Contractor was the first sub to fully submit all close out documents including, as-builts. PLC looks forward to working with Preferred Contractors in the future.
