Nova Residences is a new modularly constructed residential complex that represents the highest standard of living and conveniences that modern lifestyles demand. This fabulous seven-story building offers 171 residential units featuring spacious Studios, One Bedroom, and Two Bedroom apartments with cutting edge floor plans, chic modern cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, gorgeous common areas, and well-manicured outdoor spaces. Preferred Mechanical Services furnished and installed a variety of mechanical systems to serve the mixed use tenants from retail to residential, including packaged HVAC equipment, split HVAC equipment, Hydronic systems, Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) systems, and generator fuel oil systems including control and welded secondary containment piping. We worked closely with the general contractor and other subcontractors on the project to deliver tightly coordinated and accelerated construction.
