We have been working with Preferred for the past three years on a new ice rink project at Deerfield Academy.  Preferred was more of a “partner” than a subcontractor for this project as they were an integral part of the team when it came to design assistance, value management, schedule and turn over to the client. This attention to detail carried through from the office to the staff in the field which proved critical to the overall success of this project.
