I have been working with Preferred Contractors for about seven years and the quality of work is always first rate. Any drawings or submittals we request we get in a timely manner. The delays on this job were not caused by Preferred Contractors and when the equipment showed up late, Preferred was there to install it and worked nights and weekends to get us back on schedule. In seven years we haven’t any accidents with Preferred and they always clean up after themselves. All of their project supervisors are always able to answer my questions, and if they can’t, they get me the answer in a timely manner.
